About Us
Thomas Builders Inc. was founded in 1983 by the current owners who both grew up in a family of construction contractors. Combining their vision, diligence, previous experience and loyalty to client’s interests, they started working heavily in the design-build of residential and light commercial projects. Eventually, Thomas Builders moved exclusively to commercial, private, and government projects in the late 1980s, and during the late 1990s began to specialize in the design-build of hotels.
Thomas Builders has extensive experience and has completed several projects for:
- The Department of Energy
- Local/state/federal government
- Banks, office buildings, libraries, places of worship, housing, restaurants, retail centers and hotels
Thomas Builders puts a strong emphasis on and has a clear understanding of how to maximize the bottom-line. We are heavily involved in working with, studying and researching construction means, methods, materials and systems so that we always provide owners the most for their money while keeping operating costs to a minimum.
